In the following form you are able to confirm and pay by Credit/Debit card the Offer or Order confirm you have received from us. Please note that you can use the following form only if you have received an E-mail detailing the Offer or Order. Please complete the following form by filling in your personal details and the Offer or Order details you have received. Once the following form has been submitted, you will be automatically directed to our secure Payment Gateway where your card details should be filled in. Our system will immediately send you an order confirmation, additionally if your Credit/Debit card has been provisionaly approved by the Payment Gateway, you will receive a notification.
Online credit/debit card transactions include a 5% fee. You can avoid this by using our bank transfer option. For more information click here.

Note: We accept payments by credit/debit card of the following cards: (1) VISA, (2) EUROCARD, (3) MASTERCARD, (4) DELTA, (5) JCB, (6) SWITCH, (7) SOLO, (8) LASER. If Payment is made by Credit/Debit card, the User must be the cardholder of record. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN EURO/USD/DKK to Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S according to the transaction-currency. Transactions cannot close until Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S has verified that all funds are cleared by the bank.
